MISSION STATEMENT
We will help you deliver exceptional care experiences and also develop the culture to achieve outstanding outcomes, safety, quality and efficiencies. The PFCC Methodology and Practice (PFCC M/P) is an experienced based tool that requires Care Givers to view all care though the eyes of patients and families. PFCC M/P enables co-designing care with patients and families as well as care givers and develops a sense of urgency and focus that will transform the delivery of care for any experience in any organization. We will develop and export the design sciences and other experienced based design tools that will nurture a national and international PFCC Community of Practice.
